Database cleaning and consolidation [5 weeks]

Parkinson’s UK had multiple databases for all their services: membership, volunteers, shop, publications, courses, and so on. Only the core fundraising datasets were well structured, the rest of the databases were disparate and in very different shapes (spreadsheet across multiple tabs, hundreds of document pages of non-contigue tables, and so on). I cleaned, structured and conceptualised their database to consolidate them into one.

I describe the cleaning process and conceptualisation in my blog.
